Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and set off on a drive to heading north to the Mountainous highlands of Kenya to the Aberdare Mountain Ranges. When you arrive in the Aberdare national park, you will check into your lodge for lunch then head for an afternoon game drive on which you will enjoy watching many animals such as rhinos, black and white colobus monkeys, reedbucks, hyenas, buffaloes, olive baboons, elephants and many more. In the evening you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Aberdare – Samburu Game Reserve

After breakfast, depart Aberdare and drive to Samburu. Wild and rugged, Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Uaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe, grevy’s zebras, beisa oryxes, gerenuk gazelle, greater and lesser kudu. Arrive Samburu in time for lunch followed by game drive till late in the evening when you return back to your lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 3: Exploring Samburu National Reserve

Full day in Samburu national park. Get good opportunity to watch the elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that thrive in the reserve’s grasslands and acacia woodlands. And so the day is spent in alternating pursuits of exploration in the bush. Dinner and overnight at the camp

Day 4: Samburu - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast depart Samburu National Reserve for Ol Pejeta Conservancy. En-route we cross the equator, which is very close to the second highest mountain in Africa, the snow capped Mount Kenya. Sweetwaters Tented Camp is located on a private game ranch and set on a 22,000-acre rhino and chimpanzee sanctuary on Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. A late afternoon game drive where you may be able to see a variety of animals like rhino, buffalo, giraffe, and zebra and plains game.

Optional: A night game drive is done before dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.

Day 5: Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Lake Nakuru

Early morning breakfast game en-route leave for Lake Nakuru National park in the Great Rift Valley, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive across the Pink Lake often referred so due to it’s Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day 6: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru for Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Check in your lodge/camp lodge and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino and many other wild animals. Return back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Masai Mara National Reserve

Full day spent for viewing the great predators and explore the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp

Day 8: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Early morning game drives in Masai Mara followed by late breakfast at the campsite then depart for Nairobi by road. The safari ends in Nairobi late in the afternoon
