East highlights
Going on a game drive and seeing Lion, Elephant, Cheetah, Giraffe, Buffalo, Antelope, Warthog, Ostrich, Baboons, and many other bird species. Exciting scenes of dust red Elephant wallowing, rolling or just foraging for food as well as visits to the Aruba Dam. A man-made dam that attracts thousands of animals for watering and is located on the banks of the seasonal Voi River. Opportunity to see the Mudanda Rock a whale-backed rock that towers above a natural dam and which attracts thousands of Elephants.
West Highlights
Tsavo West National Park also features great scenic views of hills and valleys and going on a game drive here will present opportunities to see Crocodiles lying lazily in the river beds or in action tearing off game, Hippos bathing, exotic fish and migratory birds, especially at the Mzima Springs. It is a magnificent expanse of wild and awesome nature as evident with lava flows and evidence of recent volcanoes
Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East
Leave very early in the morning and drive or take a flight to Tsavo East National Park. The park is quite vast covering an area of 13,747 sq. km. It’s the biggest park in Kenya. Make game drive slowly, looking for lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, gazelles, antelopes, and different kinds of birds. Stop at Aruba Dam (main water body) for game viewing and photo taking. Later drive around the Tsavo River watching the animals drinking water and feed. Later drive to the lodge/camp, after checking in take your lunch and relax by the pool watching the animals coming by the nearby water to quench their thirst. You will go for an evening game drive and thereafter come back to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
Leave for the morning game drive, come back for breakfast, and later leave the lodge/camp towards Tsavo West National Park. Game drive on the route to lodge/camp. Check in for lunch, and after lunch relax by the swimming pool cooling off, and watch the wild animals drinking water by the nearby waterholes. Later go for the evening game drive and come back to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tsavo West - Mombasa
Very early in the morning take your breakfast and leave the lodge/camp to Mzima Springs for hippos and crocodiles. Take your nature walk at Mzima Spring where all the water from Mt Kilimanjaro comes from underground and then bursts from the volcanic lava rocks therefore making a big pool of water where you will find hippopotami, crocodiles, and different kinds of birds and opportunities to see evidence of recent volcanoes.
